Due to material costs and labor increases, we are sorry about our price increases.
We have had a lot of concerns about 2012. We build and sell a lot of disaster shelters for natural disasters. We do not know what or if anything will happen on or around December 2012 (the end of the MAYAN Calendar). If you have concerns about this you should order your shelter ASAP, due to the requests that we have had.

Hello everyone, now if your looking for a real shelter built of real steel (built from steel culvert pipe used under roadways call us)! We don't build our shelters of poly...plastic or fiberglass (granted these shelters have their use and places) we just don't believe in sticking big milk jugs in the ground.
STEEL UNDERGROUND DISASTER SHELTER TORNADO & HURRICANE
All shelters are completely underground, except entranceways and vents!We always answer our phone (if not outside welding...) return your calls and emails the same day (when possible ... evenings, weekends, holidays not included). We really want your business!
The Mini Storm and Tornado $3,350. (for pick up, or delivery).
Main body 4 ft diameter, 10 ft long, 14 gauge

The Standard Storm and Tornado $5,950.
Main body 5 ft diameter, 10 ft long, 14 gauge

The NUCLEAR Storm and Tornado $8,350.
Crawlway Entrance 90 degree 30" Diameter 16 gauge
Crawlway and vents are both offset at a 90 degree angle
All shelters can have additional storage and shelves supplied ( At an additional cost )
2-1/2 to 3' of dirt to cover the Nuclear Shelter.
Installation of the Nuclear must be done by us.
Requires a deposit of 1/2 down.
Either way you will be responsible for preparation of your property (which includes existing water, power and or cable lines etcetera).
Also note we can not dig through solid rock.

Requests are up and we WILL NOT bump existing orders to RUSH or expedite over existing orders and deposits. We try to treat everyone the same.
We are not competing with anyone, except ourselves, there are a lot of mighty fine Storm Shelters out there. We are in the market mostly for the East Coast. While our primary Shelters are relatively small, they are very strong, they also take up less room and are easy to conceal and after all you wouldn't be in there long.
You are responsible to locate any underground cables... water, sewer, power lines etcetera. You must have an area large enough for the shelter and installation. Installation is usually around 4 hours. Remember no one can dig through solid rock! You are responsible for excess dirt removal.
