Tescom have recently developed a complete family of miniature, high performance, point-of-use pressure regulators and valves for ultra-clean manufacturing which are designed and manufactured to the highest possible specifications. Tescom s high purity pressure control products are used extensively and are well proven in semiconductor facilities worldwide. Tescom offer 5 Ra and 10 Ra surface finishes with full internal electro-polishing on all our high purity products which are manufactured in a Class 10 clean room. The .Tek valves offer high cycle life and feature an innovative internal design and high flow capacity Cv of 0.35. Valves are offered with manual or air actuation and allow a choice of 1.125'' or 1.5'' IGS mounting as well as conventional 1/4'' or 1/2'' VCR and tube stubs.
The award winning .Stik (micro gas stick) offers a miniature needle valve, filtered pressure regulator and outlet pressure gauge combination to enable downsizing of existing conventionally-plumbed systems. This offers improved efficiency and safety by reducing the number of seals and potential leak paths, installation time, complexity and expense. The new 12 series regulator featuring an integral 0.003 micron filter can further enhance your gas system and MFC performance with its unsurpassed droop, repeatability and contamination reduction characteristics.
