The computer boots up and the tried programs are fully accessible (i.e.: no password required - please see photos). The County's Radio Technician's name and password have been removed so you can enter your own name and a new password for your own security (this is the only modification made to the computers). The Not-For-Profit does not have the ability to actually test the Free-Ware 2-way radio programming software already installed (no programming cables). But the County Radio Shop allowed the group to take a picture of the computers in action reading a 2-way radio using one of their cables.
