Buckingham Gaffs these should be listed as NEW I used them 3 times. They have the velcro tops and if you never used velcro you will be sold the first time. the padding and comfort is un real and trust me the velcro does not move an inch. every thing about these gaffs scream NEW. good luck I am selling them cheep cause I got into new work good luck.
