I was able to track down the CLD1220A part number. It is a "PRESELCTR VHF R2 150-174MHZ". I believe this radio is in the 100-125 Watt range.
I have not tested this radio YET. A friend and I are going to get together and test it. Should I find it to be 100% operational, I will be raising the price due to the increased value. The radio may or may not be 100% functional now. The risk and reward are yours to take.
