Up for sale is a BRAND NEW and perfectly working Vicor MegaPAC switching power supply! Don't let it's size fool you. This awesome power supply outputs 2.2 - 3.6VDC (3.3V normal) and is capable of delivering up to 320 AMPS! The power supply consists of a primary auto-ranging converter which accepts 115-230VAC and switches this to 300VDC to power the eight internal DC-DC converter cards. Each DC-DC converter card is capable of producing up to 40 amps each at 2.2-3.6VDC. These power supplies are perfect for running very large laser diode arrays for pumping a DPSS laser. Vicor also has a great site loaded with tools and data-sheets on using these supplies and configuring them for your application. They can easily be current and or voltage regulated to fit the needs for your low voltage/ high current project needs. A simple circuit consisting of two resistors and a potentiometer is all that is needed to make this power supply adjustable.
