The Better Engineering C-24 Cyber-Jet Washer is a conveyor type washer that is modular in design. Work opening is 24"W x 18"H x 60"L wash x 60"L rinse x 72"L dry off. Load height is 36"H (floor to top of conveyor belt)
Insulated 280 gallon tanks fabricated of 304 stainless steel. 7.5 horsepower, 3450 RPM stainless steel fitted horizontal pump rated at 100 GPM @ 40 PSI. Two (2) Eclipse gas heated immersion tube heaters capable of maintaining 140 F in the wash and rinse stages. Automatic tank fill control and low level protection for the pumps. Stainless steel interior spray piping with stainless steel spray nozzles located above, below and on both sides of the conveyor. There is a skimmer in the 1st stage of this washer. Filters on both was and rinse tanks.
6'L insulated gas heated dry-off constructed of 304 stainless steel. Ten horsepower, 3450 RPM centrifugal blower rated at 1800 CFM. Eclipse burner heats the air to the seven air knives - 4 upper (which are adjustable) and three lower.
Continuous 24"W stainless steel flat wire conveyor belt with 1" x 1" openings. Conveyor is load rated for 50 pounds/linear foot. Conveyor speed is 1 to 18 F.P.M.
