I am selling a Xedar (Boulder, Colorado) infrared camera for part or repair. I ve removed the cover for a better view of the inside. I connected it to a regular 120 volt power source and the fan turned on. Nothing else happened and nothing started burning or smoking either. The front cover and the lens are missing. It is loaded with electronics and extremely heavy. It weighs 35 pounds unpacked. It comes with the original data and user manual.
