This unit came out of a School Remodel and is in excellent shape, has had regular maintenance and is ready to continue many years of service.
This is listed as a Used item, it was removed several months ago during the remodel and was in full operation to that time and has been in storage since then. It will be hard to find a better unit than this that is in this nice of condition and feel comfortable on the care and maintenance that it has had so far, for the money.
