New Vollrath 11qt Round Drop-In Food Warmer
This listing is for a New Vollrath 11qt drop-in food warmer. Model 36464 is a stainless steel, modular drop-in that is designed for top-mount installation and does not require hard-wiring. The drop-in comes complete with a 6 ft. (182.8 cm) 120V power cord with plug and a 4 ft. (122 cm) control cord for remote installation. The unit features a flat flange with a gasket that ensures a firm fit against the countertop. The 11 qt. warmer uses a 720W element for efficient, low cost operation. There is a stainless steel drain nipple welded to the interior well to help ensure long service life. The stainless steel well is designed to hold the appropriate size vegetable inset and allow sufficient water capacity to ensure maximum moist heat operation. NSF and UL listed.
This was a store display piece. On the flat flange, we had to straighten out a small ding. Other than that, the piece is in perfect shape. I do not have the owners manual or the box.
