Equivalent to the popular Hastings VT-6 vacuum gauge, Vacuum Research s 1 to 1,000 mTorr (millitorr/micron) thermocouple vacuum gauge is an accurate, reliable, low cost alternative to its high-priced competitor. The instrument may be operated from 90 to 240 volts at 50 or 60 Hz and may be used with either VRC-6 series gauge tubes* or Hastings DV-6 series gauge tubes*. No calibration or adjustment to the gauge is required when switching from one manufacturers gauge tube to the other.
*In the neon industry vacuum gauge tubes are often referred to as vacuum gauge sensors .
