Ge TQ2310 radio programmer rangr ranger delta, tested

This is the suitcase style programmer made by GE to program radios that use the X2212, X22C12 and 2816 EEPROMS. The unit comes with the software/firmware to program Phoenix, Delta and Rangr radios. It also has the cable to directly program Phoenix radios, and the original maintenance manual. The firmware to program other radios including the S950/990 control heads is available at an additional charge. I have a few accessories, please email me if you need anything extra.
This unit is fully tested and works fine. It does have Ni-Cad batteries that are weak. The computer has solder-in AA size Ni-Cads that are fairly easy to replace. The printer doesn't work, it could just be bad batteries. The printer to see uses AA solder-in Ni-Cad batteries. The unit runs fine when plugged into power, and for a little while on batteries.
I ran the self test and programmed and verified radio EEPROMs.
It is capable (when adding the proper firmware EPROMs) of programing at least: Delta S/SX, MLS, Phoenix, Rangr, S950/S990 Control Head, CHPS, Classic II, CMX 8630, MPD Master/MPD Slave, MPS, PLS, T99 Code Plug, TPX, TMX 82/83/8510T, MX 8400/8600, Voice Guard. Firmware EPROMS are available for all these I have listed.
As with all complicated electronics, I can't offer a warranty, except it won't be DOA.
