24" wide, 4 Burner Hot Plate, pre-configured for natural gas. With heavy duty 4" inch adjustable legs to match other kitchen equipment of comparable height. High-performance cast iron burners with over 22,000 BTUs of power provide maximum control of heat distribution; commercial-grade cast-iron grates stand up to constant use; standard standing pilot for each burner for reliable ignition, burner control valve operates over 1/4 turn for easy temperature control; stainless steel overhang provides burner valve knob protection; removable crumb tray for easy cleaning, convertible to Propane with kit from manufacturer and regulator adjustment.
