* Utilizes a 650 nm, 7 mW laser diode, made by an ISO 9001 diode manufacturer, not a cheap China laser that will die prematurely. These are long lifetime devices.
* Operates on 3 volts DC,drawing about 25 mA. Two batteries at 1.5 V each is fine.
* ~4 mW of laser power output, Class IIIa.
