These units, came out of a Hospital. Most likely to serve patients Meals, Hot meals, with covers, bases, bottoms.
2 unit) The square unit you might have to repair or replace a gasket seal. It came in like that. The hospital was most likely using it like that-you will see in 1 photo. The only information i have on this 2nd unit is, the photos and this data: Dine, Mode TS342. approx. size 35" wide, 24" depth, 44 1/2" Tall. or to handle 37 1/2". 13 amps, 240 volts.

The bottom of the #1079a Wax bases-i think they are called. Looks stainless steel to me and do not heat over 300 degrees F. Do not heat in microwave. Seco products-stamped on bottom. NSF 683 approved. UL Listed Plate warmer 42VB. 473129 stamped in bottom-that number. The wax base is designed for superior temperature retention and long lastign durability. 20 gauge stainless steel shells. Interior is a wax core, which heats up quickly but disspates heat slowly for optimum temperature retention. You can probably put 9" and 7.75" entree plates in the dish heater. Do some research, please. Keeps food hot for 90 minutes when used in conjunction with heated plate domes and underliner. Inital heat up takes approx. 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours. reheat takes jusy 1 hour 30 minutes. For cold plate service, simply chill the case in your freezer. Do not heat the base on open burner or stove top burner or any open flame, do not heat in microwave, do not heat over 300 F.
