Kenwood TK359 (tk-359) 250CH uhf handheld radio
This compact and smart UHF TK359 portable radio has 250 channels. The overall frequency coverage is 450 to 470MHz. The unit features a turnaround facility (sometimes known as talkaround) which allows you to swap TX and RX frequencies so the unit can act as a base station. The unit also features tone or noise squelch. It also has a 3.5mm earpiece socket. It is also ideal for broadcast use and I can programme it with all the JFMG radio talkback channels. Comes complete with aerial and battery.
This radio is fully operational and in good condition apart from some slight marking and the accessory cover is missing. The battery appears to be good, it has been charged for a few weeks and is holding its charge even after radio bench testing, but obviously the battery condition cannot be guaranteed. There is no charger supplied; but these should be easy to obtain on the net or radio dealers. For more photographs, see below.
