In these difficult times for engineering companies, employees as well as employers need whatever tools are available to them. With my cnc programming system, you can write cnc programs anywhere, at any time and on as many computers as you like.
Most cnc programming code is the same on all programs. We spend a considerable amount of time typing the same code over and over again, very often on a machine that is standing idle.
Now you can save all of those machining cycles in a library and paste them into your new cnc programs with just one click of your mouse button.
You just select the machining cycle that you require with a single mouse click and the required code appears in the main editor window.
The standard milling / turning modules are suitable for most machine controls. If your machine control is not listed below, compare your G codes with those in the standard modules to see if they are compatible.
Standard Milling Module (Includes G73 high speed peck drilling, G74 reverse tapping, G76 fine boring, G80 canned cycle cancel, G81 drilling cycle, G82 drill with dwell, G83 deep hole drilling, G84 tapping cycle, G85 boring cycle).
Standard Turning Module (Includes G70 finishing cycle, G71 rough diameter, G72 rough face, G73 rough profile, G74 peck drilling cycle, G75 grooving cycle, G76 thread cutting cycle, G81 deep hole drilling, G83 peck drilling cycle, G84 tapping cycle).
Turning Tool Library. Excellent aid to help programmer when choosing the correct tool and/or insert for an operation.
Fanuc 0T (similar to standard turning module).
Fanuc 0M (similar to standard milling module).
Heidenhain conversational (milling).
G Code Wizards. For Step milling, Slot milling, Face milling, Rectangular pocket finishing, Circular pocket finishing, Multi depth circular groove, Holes on PCD, Holes on PCD Arc, Holes equally spaced in line on angle, Holes equally spaced in line and Holes in frame pattern. All with example programs. If you can't run macro programs, this module is a necessity.
Custom Macro B programs. For Step milling, Slot roughing, Slot finishing, Face milling, Rectangular pocket roughing, Rectangular pocket finishing, Circular pocket roughing, Circular pocket finishing, Multi depth circular groove, Holes on PCD, Holes on PCD Arc, Holes equally spaced in line on angle, Holes equally spaced in line, Holes in grid pattern and Holes in frame pattern. All with example programs.
G codes and M codes are included for a quick and easy reference.
You will also receive a utility module that will enable you to Add/Remove line numbers, apply mirror imaging and calculate angles.
Free DNC program also available, to transfer your cnc programs to and from your cnc machine.
Also, free simulation software to test your programs (not available for Heidenhain conversational).
All of the cnc programming modules include finished example programs.
