This is one of those items that you either know what it is because you need it, or you scratch your head and move on to the next item.
I had a Mini Himilaya a few years back... never used these wheels... and they have been sitting on a shelf ever since. I don't even have the ride anymore. I think the one on the left obviuosly has a new liner, whereas the one on the right is new from High-Lite. Sorry about the surface rust. Next time I'll sell the the good stuff sooner instead of leaving them buried on the shelf for so long.
