This sweet little fryer comes from a school Home Economics classroom and because it is a fryer it required close supervision when in use. Consequently it was almost never used and is in excellent condition.

We plugged it in to see if it worked as good as it looks and we were very impressed. We filled the tank with 2 gallons of water and it was at a boil in about 4 minutes. The thermostat (adjustable to 400 degrees) works perfectly and the elements have a built-in kick stand to hold them up when cleaning. The fryer also has a safety overload if run away heating should occur. The 2 gallon tank lifts out and the tank handles double as the basket hangers.
If you are considering this fryer please take a minute and enlarge the pictures. I'd like you to compare it to any of the others you may be considering. If you are out in the market looking for a high performance machine that will take up almost no room at all then you have found your fryer.
