This is a 6 1/2 SQUARE ROBBINS UNIVERSAL ANGLE ADJUSTABLE SINE PLATE. You place your gauge blocks between the round and the flat surface in order to adjust the angle to the desired degree. The surface has 27 - 1/4" x 20 holes to hold the work on the table. The table weighs about 20 pounds. See the pictures.
