These are High Temperature, Low-ESR radial capacitors made by Panasonic, one of the industry's most reliable manufacturers. These are new stock, never used.
These premium capacitors are excellent for repair of computer motherboards, LCD monitors, and power supplies. They're also quite popular in audio applications.

This version of these capacitors has a 10mm diameter to fit 5mm lead spacing.
