The True TSSU-36-8 is a 36" Refrigerated Sandwich Unit Megatop. It has a stainless steel front, top and ends, with an aluminum finished back. The system includes a patented airflow system - air from the evaporator is directed at the pans to insure that proper product temperatures are maintained.
* The interior is white aluminum to match the cabinet liner
* The entirety of the cabinet structure and doors is insulated using foamed-in-place CFC-free polyurethane foam
