Varian SH-100 Scroll pump. This unit (Serial number LPF20896) has 4385.4 hours on the pump and was almost exclusively used to pump helium and small amounts of perfluorocarbon tracers. It comes with a thermocouple vacuum gauge on the inlet and a metal sieve exhaust filter on the outlet.
