This is for a brand new Focus Micro EZ Ceiling Mount - part #25585 . The mount is for attaching to a pipe or a U-channel strut. It comes with instructions and all necessary hardware. The mount measures 7" x 7" x 1 1/2" and is 1/8" thick. The 3/8" u-bolts support up to a 4" pipe. It also comes with a 1 1/4" floor flange.
