Slender guage and blunt diamond point minimize splitting. The head diameter is approx 5/32". The circular markings on the head blends with wood texture; serves to diffract sunlight and helps hold paint and stain. They are commonly used for cedar siding, ACQ treated lumber and redwood. Annular (ring) threads offer superior holding power, preclude cupping of siding boards and nails won't back out. Stainless steel resists rusting, nail corrosion, discolorization or bleeding. Sold in recloseable PVC package.
** These nails have a circular marking on head instead of checkered head. Generally this denotes T-316, however we are selling these as T-304
