This is an ACMC countertop chocolate temperer. It has a molded ABS housing, 2 injection molded polyethylene scrapers, 2 removable 5 quart stainless steel bowls. Uses 2 - 100 watt lamps as heat source. Cooling fan is rated for continuous use. Also includes clear Lexan night/dust cover. Minimum capacity is 1 lb, maximum capacity is 6 lbs. Dimensions are 12 1/2" H x 14 1/4" W.
It is used, but is in like new condition. Comes from smoke free environment.
