ON OFFER is a new 3-1/2 digit seven-segment transreflective liquid crystal display that also includes Lo Batt, Diff, Hold, deg C and deg F indications. The LCD is similar to RS part 215-6458 priced at about 6 ( 5.20 plus vat).
The glass LCD has wide-viewing angle and a very low power requirement making it ideal for battery powered equipment. Suitable display bezels should be available from RS Components accessory range. The 40-pin DIL display measures 50 x 30mm overall (47 x 20 display area) with 12.7mm characters. Pin-out supplied.
