This unit was tested at 90 degrees operating temperature and can produce up to 250lbs. of ice daily with an ambient temperature of 70 degrees. These units produce crystal-clear, gourmet cube shaped ice (1"x1"x1"), with a 75lbs. insulated storage bin incorporated into the unit.
