You are looking at a used oil bar/tapper. It has two tappers for dispensing two separate products. At the bottom of the bar you can see that there is wire mesh that is placed over a drain pan. You can set your jug here while filling it up. There is a place for an additional tapper if you would like to dispense three products. An additional tapper runs around $110.00.
