36KVA 3-phase variac 0 to 560 volt motor driven nice+++

36kva 3-Phase Variac 0 to 560 volt Motor Driven.
This is an excellent working unit. We added a toggle switch so we could power the rotation for testing a 3-phase line voltage regulator over its rated input range. This unit worked fantastic for this purpose.
With all the tags labeling the inputs and outputs, it is not clear if this was ever installed and used.
The label is really hard to read but we are pretty sure that it is 480 volt input, 0 to 560 volt output, 35 amps, 36 KVA.
A control transformer as shown above is included. This lets you derive power for the synchronous motor from the 480 volt input (we simply bypassed this and hooked the motor up to standard 115 VAC outlet).
The synchronous motor is actually a gear motor that turns very slow but has lots of torque.
The pick-off brush assemblies are shown below. (This obviously needs to be installed in an appropriate enclosure as there is fatal voltage/current exposed as shown.)
Might be just what you need for your really serious variable AC voltage application.
Condition looks excellent used as shown above. We just used it for a simple test and it worked great.
