These ultra compact kiosks combine an advanced infrared (IR) flat-panel touchscreen, an Intel Celeron M Processor 320 (1.30GHz ), and optional peripherals in a slim, space-saving design that is easy to place, like signage.
IBM Anyplace Kiosks are cost-effective to install, service and manage, and they are ideal for pervasive installation across multiple markets, including retail, travel / tourism, communications, financial, government, transportation, entertainment, healthcare and other sectors.

* This is a brand new system, built by IBM. It has a compact all-in-one design, and is ideally suited for Kiosk-type applications. It comes equipped with a 12 inch dual-bulb, active-color LCD touch screen, and ample processing power via a 1.3GHz Intel-based system. It supports Windows (XP Pro and 2000), and Linux operating systems, giving you the ability to implement a broad range of off-the-shelf applications, or to develop your own.
* It may be used as a stand-alone system, or it can be connected to a network or the Web. In addition to an Ethernet 10/100 port, it also has an 802.11B/G Wi-Fi card, giving you wireless LAN connectivity and great flexibility for deployment in virtually any retail environment. Its VESA-mount attachment provides the ability to mount it nearly any place: on a wall, in a shelf, on an end cap, tabletop, or pole, or in a floor-standing enclosure.
