This warranty applies only to products purchased by the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any warranty claims after the 7-day refund/exchange policy must be handled directory through the manufacturer and their warranty. Our warranty does not apply to products that have been abused, misused, modified or repaired by anyone. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. We reserve the right as final authority on whether the products should be exchanged or replaced. We make no other warranty and no implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our maximum liability hereunder is limited to the purchase price of the products. In no event shall we be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages of any nature arising from the sale of the product.

In the event we do offer advice or provide any installation/ Tech support, we cannot be held liable for the accuracy of that information. We may not have a clear understanding of your particular system, or installed devices, installer codes, types of systems etc. to provide clear accurate tech support. We also cannot be held liable in the event a product does not perform, as it is intended to or a manufactures defect or installation. We are not liable for any damages any products or Tech Support given by us may cause to your system, other devices, and your property.
