Somerset CDR-600F Dough Sheeter - Makes up to 30-inch Fondant Sheets
The Somerset CDR-600F Dough Sheeter is an innovative fondant sheeter with a compact design for an easy fit in limited space. It can sheet very wide fondant and decorations to a uniform thickness in only seconds and is ergonomically designed for easy side or front operation. With CDR600F, you can make wide fondant sheets or decorations up to 30 inches in diameter.
CDR-600F has many standard features for dependability and easy operation. It features safety sensors for automatic shutoff. It is built with a sanitary, all stainless steel construction, welded for heavy-duty strength. With simple handle adjustments, you can get correct dough thickness every time. Its spring loaded scrapers are synthetic and removable for easy cleaning. CDR600F also features a maintenance-free drive mechanism that is isolated from the roller area.
The CDR-600F Dough Sheeter operates using a gear motor that is heavy-duty with 1/2 horsepower, maintenance free, single phase, 115V, 60Hz or 220V, 50Hz. Its sealed ball bearings are permanently lubricated.
