I have for sale 12 pieces new on paper tape 1N4004 rectifier diodes. They are from general semiconductor. You can get the datasheet online. Use them to make full bridge wave rectifiers, as charge blocking diodes, for wind small wind generators, ect. They are useful in 12 volt automotive applications. I've used many to replace faulty diodes in electronics. I have wired several together to achieve higher amps. 12pcs is enough for 4 full bridge wave rectifiers.
Excellent upgrade for a 1n4001. A 1n4001 can handle 100 volts where a 1n4004 can handle 400 volts. Otherwise they are compatible, and will provide increased reliability. Also good for 1n4002, 1n4003.
