Working Cap. X-Axis is 96.45" (2,450 mm), Y-Axis is 50.59" (1285 mm), Z- Axis is 4.33" (110 mm); positioning speed on X- & Y-Axis 131 FPM and 49 FPM on Z-Axis
Equipped with: (10) Independent vertical boring spindles forming a T-configuration with (7) spindles on the X-Axis and (3) spindles on the Y-Axis
A total of (6) horizontal spindles for boring on all four edges of the panel, (4) on the X-axis (2 in each direction) and (2) are paralleled with the Y-axis (1 in each direction)
Router set-up: (1) 9 HP Vertically mounted router with ceramic bearings, inverter driven at 12,000 - 18,000 RPM rotation, with push button "quick change" tool changer, ISO-30 cone attachment, rack-type tool magazine with 4-positions mounted on the carriage side.
Separate control cabinet with: CNC Multi-task control with graphic interactive editing and boring optimization program, 14" VGA color monitor, 3-1/2" disk drive and RS-232 port for remote programming; programs can be transferred via diskette or downloaded by wire.
User interface software includes: Realization of profiles and parametric drawings, graphic basic macros for simple and complex eleboration, graphic visualization of the surfaces to be machined, IN/OUT diagnostic, programming for drilling and routing operations with machine settings, and tool editor.
