This is a BRAND NEW Longhorn 2.8 12 volt sheep shearing machine. It has a heavy duty flexible drive-shaft.
It needs a handpiece. Any handpiece fits- use your own. We have several new ( 165) , and fully reconditioned ones ( 115) available.
It is ideal for dagging/bellying lambs etc. It runs at 2,800 rpm. It is also ideal for first time learner sheep shearers. (The Longhorn 3.2 model is the better one for full-time shearing)
It runs off any 12volt vehicle battery. The easiest way is to clip it to your vehicle battery-no need to have the engine running.
(With an optional Transformer, it runs from any mains 240 volt supply) It has a brand new, heavy duty flexible driveshaft.
