This flat rate repair is for backlight replacement only. If the panel or inverter board is found to be defective we will contact you with an estimate. If you can see a faint image in the background, or if you get backlight for a couple of seconds and it goes out then chances are you simply need the backlight replaced.

Also, we realize that some of these terminals are critical for printer operation. A suggestion would be to swap the display panel from a low traffic station only area to the print server. Removal of the entire top portion is fairly simple. Simply remove the card reader and unclip the panel starting from the top, both sides and then the bottom. Once it's free, there's a cable that needs to come off on the bottom. Then, push down on the two bottom clips and pull the panel up from the bottom. disconnect the cables and swap the panel!
