It comes complete in its original box. I believe it was never used, some of the items are still sealed in the plastic. It comes complete with everything in the photos below.
The serial number on back of the CB is 0026861. Model number 21-1517
It comes with the owners manual which is complete but stained, looks like it might have been wet at one time.
The CB radio itself measures approx. 4.25" across the face by 6.25" long.
The original price was $99.95 on the box!
The box shows some wear, there is a rip in the center.
