You are looking at a large MRC (Martin Rockwell Corp) Ball Bearing. This piece has 2 numbers - 206M and Q5137. The exterior measurement is 2-3/8" and the inside measurement is 1-1/4", it is 5/8" thick.
I purchased the inventory of a sewing machine repair shop and this was included, I have several bearings listed right now. They are all new old stock, wrapped in waxed paper in the original boxes. They are older and the boxes show minor wear.
