An economic sander providing 25" width and 5" thickness capacity.
The User Friendly 5" Diameter Aluminum Sanding Drums are dynamically balanced for extremely smooth running.
Load coarse paper on first roll and fine paper on second roll allowing two operations in one pass!!
Internal cast iron frame and table supports for rigidity and anti-vibration. High quality conveyor belt just like the one used on our wide belt sanders for long service life.
Three rubber coated hold down rollers for smoothest non-marring feeding.
The conveyor belt is driven by a 1/8 HP D.C. motor providing variable speed feed rates from 6 to 30 FPM app
This enables fine finishes: no matter the figure and grain patterns of exotic and normal hard and soft woods.
Conveniently located control panel has magnetic motor switch with big safety mushroom style shut off switch, separate feed motor switch and feed speed micro-dial.
Two 4" dust ports are built in for efficient sawdust removal. 5 HP 220 Volt Single Phase Motor.
Easily adjusted conveyor belt tracking and convenient sandpaper changing.
Sanding Drum parallelism is simple to adjust. A big cast iron crank handle raises table easily. One full turn moves it 3/16".
A convenient depth scale on left side of machine is graduated inch and metric.
