This is a nice 800 MHZ MTX8250 used radio, and like any used radio it has dings and scrapes from normal use.
It is unprogrammed, so I have no way of testing it. It powers up fine and seems to be in good shape.
The radio comes with a used battery ( can't guarantee it, you probably would want to replace it. ), an antenna, and belt clip.
