This is a used Entegris (Fluoroware) Integra Pneumatically Operated Diaphragm Valve. This valve came from a working machine. No testing was done. Cosmetically it has some grime, but otherwise is in good shape. The photos show a typical valve. Only what is pictured is included.

* Piston shaft is encapsulated in PFA diaphragm to isolate it from corrosive fluids
* Body design allows for 100% cavity drainage to prevent fluid entrapment
