This 800 Mhz Maxrad black finish NMO antenna includes 17' of RG58 coax. It is a super flexible design that protects the .062 diameter rod against damage that can be caused by limited vehicle height clearance. They also include a rubber seal gasket to prevent water leakage.
This listing is for the antenna and the 3/4" NMO mounting kit. It installs in a 3/4" I.D. hole in a roof, trunk lid or other level body panel and can be used for scanning monitor receivers that mate with a PL-259 coax connector. It can be adapted to TNC, BNC, N or just about any other style connection with an adapter (not included).
This style antenna is suitable 800 Mhz police and public service frequencies.
