Item ..................... The is a replaceable pilot for a Counterbore Cutter
Manufacturer ...... I do not see a name but it came in with a huge batch of Eclipse Twist Lock cutters so it is probably also made by Eclipse or possibly Scully Jones.
Diameter ............. This one is .809" You can always turn it down a little in a lathe if needed. I also have the other longer style with threads.
Shank Size .......... This one is 5/16" but I also have some other sizes available
Length ................ 2" Overall
Condition ............ Like New maybe used once
