Due to the nature of the product, there are no exchanges on neon products.
All Claims for breakage must be made within 48 hours of the delivery.
Please keep all the original package materials for the damage claims, we will be not responsible for any damage claims if you miss or lost any parts of the original package materials.
All signs are designed by our company and packed professionally. There is always a chance of breakage due to the nature of the fragile product and should you receive a sign with any tubes broken, we will send you the free replacement tube(s) that you need.
If you receive the sign and there are parts broken please follow the steps below:
2) If no parts appear broken and the signs flickers when you turn it on. This is most likely a transformer problem and please indicate this in your email.
3) Please notify us about the breakage by Email lightvision.****@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery.
4) The part may take 1-2 weeks to reach you. When you receive the replacement parts, you need to have some ability to change the parts by yourself. You can also bring it to a neon sign repair shop. In any case, we are not responsible for any labor charged for replacing the tubes if you bring them to a shop. From our experience, changing the tubes is simple. The main thing is to be very careful and take your time while changing it. If you break any additional tubes and need further replacements there will be a small charge for extra parts plus S&H. Please do not purchase this sign or any other signs if you are not willing to replace the tubes yourself, should any be broken.
