This Novellus Concept Two Altus deposition tool is used surplus. It came from a world-class semiconductor manufacturer known for their high maintenance standards. Only the main body is for sale. The physical condition is good and it looks complete. The tool includes wafer chambers, the main chamber body, the Brooks robot (which is also sold separately), VAT valves, controllers, and various cables.
The tool is de-installed and no longer under power.
