Presenting a brand NEW stainless steel 18/10 Restaurant quality ladle / strainer by Vollrath, one of the leaders in Restaurant quality equipment and utensils. These are great for removing product from a deep fryer or fry pan. It enables you to strain off grease or oils. The handle is 11 3/4" long x 4 7/8" diameter of the bowl. Handle has a satin finish, the bowls has a mirror-like finish. Curved end of handle make it nice for hanging up in kitchen.
