FT-3 Russian teflon capacitors
The lowest dielectric absorption have capacitors with dielectric from organic insulator. In this case insulator is TEFLON.
They also have impressive electrical strength - capacitors with a rated voltage of 200 to withstand the test voltage of 1000. I recommend to use in the most critical places - as input and interstage tanks. However, can be successfully applied in any other circuits.
