This Brand New FP302 Foundation Fieldbus to Pneumatic Signal Converter
We have a few of these available, all are brand new. Some of the boxes are in poor condition, but the FP302 s are 100% new and in perfect condition.
The calibration date is Jan 2006, Software Verson 3.42 G1 Option 3 (Min) to 30 (Max) PSI, with the digital indicator, 1/2" 14 NPT connector
In order to connect existing valve actuators to a FIELDBUS system, SMAR developed a FIELDBUS to pneumatic signal converter, with very low air consumption and a very stable output signal. A 0 to 100% digital signal from the FIELDBUS is converted into a 3 to 15 psi pneumatic signal according to a characteristic curve selected by the user. Besides the normal PID control function, linearization, master capability, alarms and damping, the FP302 offers signal limitation and reversing and many other features for valve actuation:
Air consumption: 0.15 scfm (20 psi supply pressure);
The built-in volume booster allows high air capacity (4 SCFM);
Can be mounted in any position;
Accuracy: 0.4 % of the span.
