COMPLETE manual Shrink Wrapping System. Gently used or merely displayed (3-4 days at a tradeshow!) manufacturer's demo. Includes everything you need... Deluxe, 20" detached sealing wand (more versatile than fixed-arm systems), 22x38" flexible sealing surface, 21x36 cushioning pad (goes underneath sealing surface to allow operation on less than optimal surfaces!) film carrier/dispenser, 500' of 18" 75 gauge centerfolded shrink film (type, gauge and grade determined by what YOU will be wrapping! Not all shrink film is the same, so we include what's best for the job YOU want to do....all at the same price!. Also includes a professional dual-temp heat gun and instructional video or DVD (please indicate which). Works on standard 110V (220V available, please inquire). Easy to use, finished product is indistinguishable from items sealed on systems costing 10 times as much! Good for wrapping, bundling and gift basketing*. For larger baskets ask about our 24" and 30" systems, available at similar savings. Wrap baked goods, books, printed materials, artwork and matted prints or photos (we include archival quality, acid-free film for them!), cookies, fudge, brownies, DVD's, CD's, Videos and Game Carts.
Unlike most other systems you see, this system features a SEPARATE SEALING WAND...so when you're wrapping smaller items, like soaps, fragrance, CD's, DVD's, candles, candy, books, office supplies etc etc...you can seal multiple packages with a single operation! Saponifiers...(that's soapmakers to the rest of you) if you make and wrap soap...the ease and efficiency with which you can now wrap your product will stun you! How does 16-20 bars (professionally wrapped) in a minute sound? Compare THAT to your Saran-wrapping efforts! Get your choice of soap-suitable films...films that allow the scent through...or perforated films for dairy-based bars included free with the system...no extra charge! (Biodegradable film available for an additional fee.) Wrapping a dozen bars of soap (or any such small item) would only take about 7 seals if you arrange them in rows and columns on the sealing pad. Compare that to the 2 seals PER PACKAGE fixed-arm units require...not to mention the fact that you'd have to pick up each item TWICE, once to seal and a second time to re-position it next to the sealing surface for trimming. (When ordering, please indicate your applications so we can include the right film for what you want to do. It's to our mutual advantage that the system works well for you, and using the right film is a big step in that direction. * As a rule-of-thumb, the 18" system offered here (as measured by the width of the roll of included film), is suitable for jewelry, cosmetics, soap and fragrance baskets, which generally run between 6-10" in height and width. For Gift-And-Gourmet, and general basketing, our 24" system is more appropriate. For wine, liquor and extra-LARGE baskets, use our 30" system. To determine the right width of film, and the right sized system for your gift basketing, meaure the circumfrence of a basket you'd typically wrap. Place your flexible ruler on the top of the handle and wrap it around the bottom of the basket...back up to where you started., add 10%, Divide by 2, and round up to the next even number...that will determine the width of the film, and typically, the system, you'll need. For the occasional larger basket, we can always double the capacity of the film...but this is an accommodation...not a production technique.
